Kyrgyz news agency chief: Media has unique role in global development #CGTN

Mederbek Shermetaliev, director of Kyrgyz National Kabar News Agency, has said that media, as a bridge for enhancing mutual understanding, plays a unique role in global development and transformation.

Speaking at the Global South Media Partners Mechanism Inauguration Meeting and the 13th Global Video Media Forum in Xi’an, northwest China’s Shaanxi Province, on Thursday, he added that the new mechanism is an important tool for promoting a more balanced global media landscape.
