Kindness knows no borders: Moroccan student saves drowning Chinese woman #coolchina
On the evening of April 6, a heartwarming story unfolded in Hangzhou, east China’s Zhejiang Province. A foreigner saved a drowning woman who accidentally fell into the Jinsha Lake. He was walking by when he saw the woman in distress. The young man immediately jumped into the lake, rescued her and then left without revealing his identity. He was later identified as Ayoub Fadil, a Moroccan student at Hangzhou Dianzi University. His girlfriend, Israe Boujenna, who witnessed the rescue firsthand, praised him for his bravery, saying,”He didn’t even think twice.” (Source: @InZhejiang)
