Kilmar Abrego Garcia could be sent to Uganda, DHS official says
Kilmar Abrego Garcia is the man who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador earlier this year. He was released from pre-trial detention on Friday, and a senior Department of Homeland Security official said he could be deported to Uganda.
