National Loktantric Party Jammu and Kashmir UT President Shabbir Ahmed Ganai said that they have started their campaign for the Budgam by-election and are trying to woo voters by going door to door.He said that people are very angry with the National Conference and the PDP, saying that they had abandoned this constitution during their rule. Ganai further said that people are reposing faith in the National Loktantric Party. Ganai appealed to the people of Budgam to make their candidate successful.
