The NC Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar has filed his nomination papers as the 4th Candidate of National Conference for Rajya Sabha Polls. Dar said that BJP cannot win the 4th seat unless it will not indulge in horse trading, but he is hopeful that NC will win all the four seats of Rajya Sabha.
