Iran’s New Missiles Export-Ready? After Putin, Tehran’s Big Hint At ‘Entering’ US-Venezuela ‘War’
Iran has signaled its growing military self-sufficiency and hinted at exporting missiles and drones internationally, according to Tehran Times. General Alireza Tangsiri said Iran has made major strides in sensitive military technologies and is ready to supply its products abroad. The announcement comes amid heightened U.S.-Venezuela tensions, with Caracas accusing Washington of planning military attacks after striking four civilian boats. Russia and Iran voiced support for Venezuela at the UN Security Council, while a senior Russian envoy criticized U.S. actions. Analysts note Iran’s domestic missile and drone programs, including the Shahed UAVs, have significantly advanced in recent years, even influencing foreign drone designs in the U.S., China, France, and the UK. Iranian missile capabilities are also reportedly expanding, with debates over lifting previous range limits, sparking concerns from Israel, which claims Tehran is developing missiles capable of striking the U.S.
