Invasive plants are threatening the ecosystem. She says removing them is an act of reconciliation
Join Rachael Tancock as she heads into the forest to learn about invasive plants and the people working to remove them.

In this episode, Rachael visits the W̱S͸ḴEM Ivy Project on Vancouver Island, where land steward Sarah Jim (she/her) is leading volunteer efforts to remove invasive English ivy and restore native plants. Through hands-on restoration and conversation with Sarah, this episode explores the impact invasive plants can have on local ecosystems and highlights the community efforts helping forests recover.
