That’s one of the main messages coming out of the Caribbean Development Bank’s Sustainable Infrastructure Conference 2025, being held here in Barbados.

Speaking to participants as she delivered remarks, Ambassador Elizabeth Thompson stressed that sustainable infrastructure must include community buy-in to projects.
