He leveled accusations against the government, citing a book by former Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane—a book that hasn’t even been published yet. Rahul Gandhi asked, “What happened in Doklam? Four Chinese tanks were advancing on the Kailash Ridge; what did the government do?”
