#IndiaTV UP Bans Caste-Based Rallies: यूपी में जाति का महिमामंडन करने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई होगी | CM Yogi

उत्तर प्रदेश में एक बार फिर जाति के नाम पर सियासत हो रही है. लेकिन इस बार स्टाइल एकदम अलग है. हर बार जाति जानकर, जाति पूछकर राजनीतिक दल रणनीति बनाते हैं. लेकिन इस बार मामला उलट है. इस बार तो बवाल इस बात पर है कि यूपी में जाति नहीं बताई जाएगी. ना जातियों के नाम पर रैलियां होंगी. ना जाति से जुड़े नोटिस बोर्ड लगेंगे. ना पुलिस रिकॉर्ड्स में जाति मेंशन होगा. ना ही वाहनों पर जाति लिखकर जोर दिखाया जाएगा. योगी सरकार ने इसको लेकर आदेश जारी कर दिया है. योगी सरकार को ऐसा करने के लिए इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने कहा था. हालांकि सरकार ने जो आदेश जारी किया उसमें कुछ चीजें कोर्ट के बताए सुझावों से एक्स्ट्रा भी हैं. दिलचस्प ये है कि कोर्ट का ये आदेश जाति से जुड़ी किसी याचिका को लेकर नहीं आया बल्कि हुआ ये कि इटावा के जसवंत नगर थाने की पुलिस ने 29 अप्रैल, 2023 को SUV रोकी थी, जिसमें प्रवीण छेत्री सहित तीन लोग पकड़े गए।

The Yogi government has issued an order to this effect. The Allahabad High Court had directed the government to take this action. Interestingly, the government’s order includes some additional measures beyond what the court had suggested. What’s even more intriguing is that this court order did not stem from a petition related to caste; rather, it arose from an incident where the Jaswant Nagar police station in Etawah district stopped an SUV on April 29, 2023, and arrested three people, including Praveen Chettri.
