#IndiaTV Election Commission on EVM: उम्मीदवार को पहचानने में अब कोई कंफ्यूज़न नहीं ! | Bihar Election

बिहार में चुनाव की तैयारी में सिर्फ पॉलिटिकल पार्टीज ही नहीं. इलेक्शन कमीशन भी जुटा है. आज चुनाव आयोग ने बड़ा फैसला किया. बिहार में EVM अब थोड़ी बदली बदली नजर आएगी. EVM पर उम्मीदवार की बड़ी रंगीन फोटो दिखेगी. पहले के मुकाबले ज्यादा बड़े अक्षरों में उम्मीदवार का नाम और चुनाव चिन्ह भी होगा. चुनाव आयोग का मानना है कि एक ही नाम वाले उम्मीदवारों की वजह से वोटर्स में कई बार कंफ्यूजन हो जाता है. इसी वजह से ईवीएम बैलेट पर उम्मीदवार की कलर फोटो लगाई जाएगी ताकि वोटर को कोई कंफ्यूजन न रहे.

The EVMs in Bihar will now look slightly different. They will display a larger, color photograph of each candidate. The candidate’s name and election symbol will also be displayed in larger, more prominent lettering than before. The Election Commission believes that having the same name for multiple candidates often causes confusion among voters. Therefore, a color photograph of each candidate will be included on the EVM ballot to eliminate this potential confusion.
