राजधानी के कई इलाकों में AQI 400 के पार है. जो बेहद खराब श्रेणी में आता है. कई इलाकों में सुबह से ही धुंध छाई हुई है. जिस वजह से लोगों की आंखों में जलन और सांस लेने में दिक्कत हो रही है. हालांकि एयर क्वॉलिटी प्रबंधन आयोग का कहना है कि AQI में लगातार सुधार हो रहा है. जिस वजह से GRAP की स्टेज 3 लागू करने की जरूरत नहीं है. वहीं देर रात पॉल्यूशन के खिलाफ लोग सड़कों पर दिखे सरकार से प्रदूषण को रोकने के लिए नीतियां बनाने की मांग की इंडिया गेट पर लोगों ने सरकार के खिलाफ नारेबाजी और प्रदर्शन किया. जिसके बाद दिल्ली पुलिस ने प्रदर्शनकारियों को हिरासत में ले लिया. पुलिस के मुताबिक इंडिया गेट पर प्रदर्शन करने की इजाजत नहीं थी और मना करने के बावजूद कोई नहीं माना वहीं पुलिस की कार्रवाई को लेकर राहुल गांधी ने सरकार पर निशाना साधा उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा कि क्या साफ हवा लेने का अधिकार भी लोगों को नहीं है |

Meanwhile, late at night, people took to the streets to protest against pollution, demanding the government to formulate policies to curb pollution. People raised slogans and protested against the government at India Gate, following which the Delhi Police detained the protesters. According to the police, the protest at India Gate was not permitted, and despite warnings, no one listened. Rahul Gandhi targeted the government over the police action. He wrote on social media, “Don’t people even have the right to breathe clean air?”
