दिल्ली में लाल किले के पास हुए धमाके को लेकर इस वक्त एक बहुत बड़ी खबर आ रही है. दिल्ली पुलिस ने इस मामले में UAPA के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है, इसका मतलब ये हुआ कि पुलिस इसे आतंकी हमला मानकर जांच कर रही है. पुलिस ने UAPA यानी Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act की धारा 16 और 18 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है. इसके अलावा दिल्ली पुलिस ने इस मामले में एक्सप्लोसिव एक्ट और bns की धाराओं के तहत भी मामला दर्ज किया है. धारा 16 कहती है कि जो कोई व्यक्ति आतंकवादी कृत्य या terrorist act करने के इरादे से किसी तरह की ट्रेनिंग लेता है या देता है, उसे सजा होगी.

Delhi Police has registered a case under UAPA in this matter, which means that the police is investigating it as a terrorist attack. Police has registered a case under sections 16 and 18 of UAPA i.e. Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Apart from this, Delhi Police has also registered a case in this matter under sections of Explosives Act and BNS. Section 16 says that any person who takes or gives any kind of training with the intention of committing a terrorist act will be punished.
