#IndiaTV Clean Chit To Adani Group : अडानी के खिलाफ सोचा समझा Campaign चल रहा? | Hindenburg Research | SEBI

देश के बड़े इंडस्ट्रियल ग्रुप अडानी समूह को बड़ी राहत मिली. सिक्योरिटीज़ ऐंड एक्सचेंज़ बोर्ड यानी सेबी ने शेयरों में हेरा-फेरी करने और इनसाइडर ट्रेडिंग के आरोपों से अडानी ग्रुप को क्लीन चिट दे दी. अमेरिका की शॉर्ट सेलर कंपनी हिंडनबर्ग रिसर्च ने गौतम अडानी और उनके ग्रुप की कंपनियों. अडानी पोर्ट्स और अडानी पावर पर ऑफ़शोर फंडिंग के ज़रिए अपने ग्रुप में पैसे लगवाने और इनसाइडर ट्रेडिंग करने के आरोप लगाए थे. लेकिन जांच में ये सारे आरोप बेबुनियाद और झूठे साबित हुए. सेबी के मेंबर कमलेश चंद्र वार्ष्णेय ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि अडानी ग्रुप पर शेयरों के manipulation के जो आरोप लगाए गए थे उन्हें साबित करने वाला एक भी सबूत नहीं मिला.

The Adani Group, India’s largest industrial conglomerate, received a major reprieve. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) cleared the Adani Group of allegations of stock manipulation and insider trading. Hindenburg Research, a US-based short-selling company, had accused Gautam Adani and his group companies, Adani Ports and Adani Power, of raising funds through offshore funding and engaging in insider trading. However, the investigation proved all these allegations to be baseless and false. In his order, SEBI member Kamlesh Chandra Varshney stated that no evidence was found to substantiate the allegations of stock manipulation against the Adani Group.
