India and Bangladesh agree to strengthen ties during high-level talks
India and Bangladesh have agreed to advance bilateral ties following foreign minister-level talks in New Delhi. Relations between the neighbours are at their lowest in decades, after the ouster of former Bangladeshi prime minister Sheikh Hasina in 2024 and India’s move to grant her refuge.
