Hurricane Melissa taking toll on utility services in Jamaica #CaribbeanBroadcastingCorporation

Regarding the electricity supply, Jamaicans in all parishes are affected, some more than others.

That’s according to Director of Communications at the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited, Winsome Callum.

Electricity is also needed for the supply of water, and Acting Corporate Public Relations Manager at the National Water Commission, Delano Williams, says they are praying the hurricane does not overwhelm the systems.
