Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander denies government silent on US-Venezuela tensions
Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander denies that the government is silent on the increased tensions between the US and Venezuela.

Asked about a joint training exercise between TT and US troops next week, Alexander said citizens have no need to worry as joint exercises between both nations are not uncommon. He said the US Navy vessel that will be docked in TT during the exercise is more of a tourist attraction.

Alexander was speaking at a cancer screening clinic at his constituency office in Tunapuna on October 24.
