Zelensky reports that round‑the‑clock work continues to repair energy infrastructure in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Chernihiv and Sumy, with Kyiv facing the worst situation: many buildings remain without heating, some for a long time, despite 174 repair brigades now focused on the capital. He urges Kyiv’s city authorities to “step up their work,” says the government is allocating extra resources, expanding assistance points and warming centers through the Interior Ministry, and coordinating with European partners such as Norway, Italy, Poland, Germany and the Baltic states to secure more generators and equipment.
