UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates held substantive bilateral talks with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad on December 26, 2025, during the UAE leader’s first official visit to Pakistan as president. The two leaders discussed ways to strengthen long-standing fraternal ties, focusing on expanding cooperation in economic, investment, energy, infrastructure, technology and people-to-people exchanges.
