Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitri Peskov addressed reports of a possible meeting between Russian representatives and U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll in Abu Dhabi, saying Moscow has “nothing to confirm” at this stage.

Peskov noted that the Kremlin is closely monitoring media reports about the ongoing U.S.–Ukraine negotiations over amendments to Washington’s controversial 28-point peace plan. He said Russia is aware that the text previously obtained unofficially has since undergone changes — but stressed that Moscow has not yet received any official communication from the United States.
