arsenal for a later phase, conserving limited inventories, or waiting for U.S. and Israeli interceptor stocks to thin out. While Iran has relied on older systems and introduced missiles like Sejjil and Khorramshahr, its overall strike tempo continues. Despite losing around 200 launchers, Iran is believed to retain hundreds of missiles, signalling a prolonged war of attrition.
