The terrorism case against Kneecap member Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, known as Mo Chara, was thrown out by the chief magistrate at Woolwich crown court on Friday owing to a technical error. Paul Goldspring agreed with Ó hAnnaidh’s defence team that there was a mistake in the way the charge was brought.
