#GuardianNews　 Six people killed in Jerusalem shooting

The attackers fired towards a bus stop at the Ramot intersection, and were shot dead by an off-duty soldier and an armed civilian, Israeli police said.

The Palestinian militant group Hamas praised two Palestinian ‘resistance fighters’ it said had carried out the attack but it stopped short of claiming responsibility.

Islamic Jihad, another Palestinian militant group, also praised the shooting but did not claim responsibility for it
