The UK home secretary, Shabana Mahmood, confirmed that the British Transport Police on Monday charged Anthony Williams, a British 32-year-old man. He has been charged with 10 counts of attempted murder, one of actual bodily harm and one of possession of a bladed article over the train attack last Saturday.
