Ma Xiao, a member of China’s top graffiti crew OGS Crew, has created a massive mural in Shanghai to honor the Year of the Horse. For the artist, this year corresponds to the same zodiac animal as his birth year, which in Chinese language is called “ben ming nian” and so, on a personal level, he wanted the artwork to convey the idea of “forging ahead and breaking through all obstacles.” CGTN’s #AllThingsHorses is gathering creative works from our viewers.
