World Series: Blue Jays fans push hope to “next year,” reflect on “unreal” season
Toronto Blue Jays fans were left with a tough moment after a agonizing 5-4 Game 7 World Series loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday night.
“They played their hearts out, unfortunately they didn’t win, but we couldn’t have asked for a better season from them, they played unreal” said one fan outside the Rogers Centre after the game.
“Next year though, next year. We got it in the bag,” said another fan.
