Suspects arrested in Surrey shooting linked to possible extortion
Police in Surrey, B.C. have arrested two men following an early-morning shooting that investigators believe could be connected to an extortion case.
The shooting happened at about 2 a.m. Thursday at a home near 56 Avenue and King George Boulevard. Police said several people were inside at the time, but no one was injured.
The shooting is the latest in a string of similar attacks. And as Travis Prasad reports, India’s notorious Bishnoi Gang is claiming responsibility.
