Police bodycam shows arrest of Southwest Airlines pilot for alleged alcohol consumption
Newly released police bodycam video shows Southwest Airlines pilot David Allsop being arrested on Jan. 15 at an airport in Savannah, Georgia for attempting to fly a “fully booked flight” after consuming alcohol. Following the incident, Allsop lost his job with Southwest and his FAA certification was reportedly revoked about two months after the arrest.
