Three people were killed in the attack, including an infant, whose body was pulled from rubble, Ukrainian officials said.

Kyiv Mayor Vasilii Klitschko said it did not appear there were any casualties inside the government building.

The Ukrainian Air Force said on Telegram that Russia had launched 805 drones into Ukraine overnight and that 751 drones and four missiles had been shot down. It is the largest number of drones used in an attack since Moscow launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
