Carney meets with European leaders on trip to UK
Mark Carney met with several European leaders Friday during his second visit to London since becoming prime minister.
The Canadian leader reflected on his political strategy and outlined his plan to fight back against U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariffs as he took part in an annual summit of left-leaning leaders.
Carney also sat down with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, for a meeting where Canada-U.K. was top of mind.
