Canada Post mail delivery resumes after union launches rotating strike, but what does that mean?
There’s still no renewed collective agreement, but after more than two weeks of nationwide job action, Canada Post workers have decided to go back to work – at least partially.

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) launched its rotating strike action early Saturday morning. the union says this approach is meant to apply pressure on Canada Post while allowing some mail and parcel delivery to continue.
