At least 15 people killed after landslide hits bus in India’s Himachal Pradesh
At least fifteen people were killed and a few others were injured after a bus was hit by a landslide in India’s Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday.
Rescuers have so far found 15 bodies and two survivors, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Assistant Commandant Karam Singh said on Wednesday.
“One victim is still missing. Our teams are searching for this missing person and the rescue operations will continue until we find him,” Singh added.
Heavy rainfall has caused widespread flooding and landslides across India’s Himalayan region this week.
