After months in warehouses, NB Liquor’s American alcohol is going on sale — cheap
When NB Liquor pulled American alcohol off their shelves in March as a response to the trade war, the agency didn’t know what it was going to do with it.
While agents and licensee stores were still able to offer U.S. products, millions of dollars worth of alcohol has been sitting in warehouses.
With expiry dates looming, NB Liquor is now selling it off at discounted prices. Global’s Suzanne Lapointe reports.
