70-year-old man charged in Ontario daycare crash that killed toddler
In Richmond Hill, the community is in mourning as a one-and-a-half-year-old toddler has died and several others are injured after a car drove through the window of a child care centre on Wednesday afternoon.

Seven children between 1.5 and three years old were hit by the vehicle, as well as three staff members.

York Regional Police says a 70-year-old Richmond Hill man was arrested at the scene and is charged with Dangerous Operation Causing Death and Dangerous Operation Causing Bodily Harm.
