Supporters of former Ivorian president Laurent Gbagbo are divided over whether to boycott the country’s upcoming parliamentary elections. The disagreement follows the recent presidential election, in which incumbent President Alassane Ouattara won a controversial fourth term after Gbagbo was barred from running. Despite the party’s official call for a boycott, some of Gbagbo’s supporters have chosen to take part in the legislative elections. Report by Julia Guggenheim and Damien Koffi.
