An international renowned French journalist has spoken to France 24 about her mission to ensure journalists keep covering the reality of lives for people in areas of the world once the guns of war have stopped firing. Anne Poiret, the founder of After War also has two recent documentaries that have been released recently, and she spoke to us about both of them. The Fantomes de l’Ukraine, or the Ghosts of Ukraine speaks to the wives, daughters and mothers of men missing during the war in Ukraine. On the day that Iraq votes in elections she also spoke about her documentary L’Irak sous Emprise or Iraq Land of Factions. She spoke to us in Perspective.
