US buys Argentine pesos, finalises $20 billion currency swap framework • FRANCE 24 English
US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on Thursday that the United States had bought Argentinian pesos and finalised a $20 billion economic support programme with the South American nation’s central bank, after concluding talks with his counterpart.
