United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro is expected to provide an update on arrests in the murder of Congressional intern Eric Tarpinian-Jachym.
Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a University of Massachusetts Amherst student from Granby, Massachusetts, was struck by gunfire around 10:30 p.m. on June 30, 2025, at the intersection of 7th and M streets NW. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died.
