FOX 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul Wes Phillips calls Vikings 8 false starts ‘embarrassing, losing football’

Vikings offensive coordinator Wes Phillips spoke with reporters on Tuesday at TCO Performance Center. He called the offense’s eight false start penalties embarrassing, and said it’s losing football. Vikings special teams coordinator Matt Daniels also talked about Myles Price’s fumble on a kick return that set up a Ravens touchdown.
