FOX 5 Washington DC Kilmar Abrego Garcia arrives for scheduled ICE check-in in Baltimore

A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order to prohibit immigration officials from detaining Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who returned home Thursday after a judge ordered his release from federal detention.

He spoke to a crowd of supporters ahead of a check-in with immigration authorities Friday morning.
