FOX 5 Washington DC Judge rules Catherine Hoggle is competent to stand trial

A Montgomery County judge has decided that Catherine Hoggle is competent to stand trial in the disappearance of her two young children in September 2014.

Prosecutors say they have a drawing showing stick figures and a trash can found when Hoggle was first arrested. Hoggle also reportedly said in a counselling session around that time that she had strangled her kids.
