This week marks the 30th anniversary of one of D.C.’s most severe winter storms: the Blizzard of ’96. D.C. saw more than two feet of snow drop in some areas between January 6th and 8th.

Many viewers we spoke to back then say they were snowed in due to lack of snow plows.
