FOX 5 Washington DC CAR HITS ICE VEHICLE, THEN TAKES OFF

Video shows a driver hitting an ICE vehicle before taking off in a Maryland parking lot. FOX 5 has learned there was a verbal exchange between the driver and the agents before the driver reversed and then accelerated, careening through several parked ICE cruisers and SUVs.
