FOX 5 Washington DC　　Reporter, photographer helps person push their car through the snow

The snow conditions in the DC region left a person’s car stuck in the road and FOX 5 DC’s David Kaplan and photographer Joaquim Neto helped push the car out the snow with the help of other community members.
