FOX 5 Washington DC　　’Optimistic progress’: National Guardsman shot in DC recovering

Good news Friday night as West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey announced that Andrew Wolfe, the surviving national guardsman shot in D.C. is making “optimistic progress.” Morrisey says Wolfe’s head wound is healing and that while the guardsman certainly has challenges ahead, he is making medical progress.
