FOX 5 Washington DC　　Judge orders Abrego Garcia’s release

A federal judge in Maryland has granted Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s immediate release from ICE custody as his legal fight over deportation continues.

According to the court documents, officials must notify his attorney before releasing him and update the court on his release status by 5 p.m. on Thursday.
