FOX 29 Philadelphia Pennsylvania State Trooper shot and killed in Chester County

Pennsylvania State Police Corporal Tim O’Connor, 32, was shot and killed during a traffic stop Sunday night. Officials say the suspect was later found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Link in bio for more.
