FOX 29 Philadelphia PA State Trooper shot and killed during traffic stop in Chester County

Pennsylvania State Police Corporal Tim O’Connor was shot and killed during a traffic stop Sunday night in West Caln Township. The suspect, identified as Jesse Nathan Elks, died by suicide after the shooting, according to state police.
