FOX 29 Philadelphia Man shot to death during dispute with first floor neighbors in North Philadelphia

Investigators say a 60-year-old man was shot and killed during a dispute with his first floor neighbors. Police later stopped a suspect who they believe was captured on camera leaving the home carrying a handgun.
