CHP issues an Amber Alert for two abducted children and an adult suspect last seen in Santa Clarita.

A 19-year-old man, who police said was armed, was shot by Santa Ana cops last night, prompting an investigation.

Local activist Ms. Shirley Raines, known for her advocacy work for the unhoused on Skid Row, has died.
